About

Painting for me is a return to a childhood-state of wonder and joy. My inspiration comes from the tiny miracles all around us, and a desire to rest in the small glimmers we can find in the present moment. I would love to share that with you.

I mostly work in watercolor and watercolor gouache on paper, with some pastel or pencil elements. Much of my inspiration comes from my love to travel and my upbringing. I grew up in Massachusetts, and completed my undergrad in Art History and a master’s degree in Creative Writing at the University of St. Andrews in Scotland, where I had the opportunity to travel widely and begin my ever-growing shell collection.
